Model resilience so your child can better weather the storms of life.

Most of us are aware of the importance of raising resilient kids. We understand the data and statistics. And we know – intuitively – how important it is for our kids to be strong so they can weather the storms of life.

But what about becoming a resilient parent? Isn’t it just as important for us, as parents, to build resilience? After all, how can we raise resilient kids, without being a resilient parent?

Evidence tells us that parenting may be harder than it’s ever been before. There are many reasons for this – an increasingly competitive culture, the decline in mental health among children and adolescents, escalating rates of depression and anxiety among parents, disconnection in relationships, and so much more.

And we are burnt out. Studies show parental burnout is at all-time highs.

But we can do something to become both better parents and less burnt out in the process – and that’s by becoming more resilient parents. And it’s only by becoming resilient ourselves, that we can teach our children to be resilient as well.

Join Dr Justin Coulson for this FREE webinar as we explore the secrets to resilience as a parent. You’ll learn:

Becoming a

resilient parent

As parents we experience challenges every day, from our own mental health to anxiety and depression in our children. We struggle to make lunches, soothe hurts (physical and emotional), help with homework, and get our kids to after-school commitments, all while attempting to focus on our own responsibilities from work to household to financial.

And when we feel burnt out and overwhelmed we’re hit with advice like "take a bath", or "go for a walk".

Yes, self-care matters, but parenting resilience is so much more than that.

Research tells us that being resilient helps us to survive, recover, and even thrive in the face of challenges. It helps us bounce back from adversity and frustrations, and return quickly to a state of healthy functioning. In other words, we can become better humans, better parents, and better role models for our kids despite, or perhaps because of, our parenting challenges.

Dr Justin Coulson’s resilient parenting webinar has pulled together research-backed information, skills, and techniques to help you meet your parenting challenges head on and come out on top. Better yet, you’ll learn how to model these resilient techniques for your own kids.

Yes, parenting is hard. But we can get better, do better, and feel better… and bring our kids along with us!

Be it, so they can see it.
